The Promise
We can get you a JV Proposal, within a few days of receiving a detailed Executive Summary, based on our original quote. There is no obligation in working with us. We never charge up front fees, closing costs, loan points or any other misc. charges. We are investors, not lenders or brokers. The only fees Principals ever pay are attorney fees and title closing costs. Any agent referral points previously contracted are paid at close by Principals.
Your Project may be great, but without funding it is still just an idea. We will put up the cash and JV with you so your dream may come true along with the fortune it will create.
